NZTBC Executive Director Bruce Wallace passes away.

Bruce Wallace, Executive Director of the NZ Broadcasters' Council, died earlier this month, a few days after his 60th birthday.

Bruce is known to most of us as the founder and presenter of Foreign Correspondent; the Producer of the groundbreaking programme Newsmakers and as a leader in the golden years of TV current affairs.

His intellect and integrity made him an influential success in every medium - from reporter on the Guardian newspaper in the UK; to author with his book about Fletcher Challenge, The Battle of the Titans, to executive in NZ Television and broadcaster on National Radio.

Missed by his family; missed by his friends, a loss to our industry.
